Handmade in small batches, Arch's hot jam is made by ex-chef Archie using fresh ingredients from the markets of south London.

Scotch Bonnet is the focus and the other ingredients work to compliment the amazing flavour of this chilli. 

You will get a good initial kick of heat but this dies down quickly into fresh, sweet and fruity flavours. 

Gluten free, Dairy free and suitable for vegans. May contain traces of nuts.
