Ex-chef - Archie - started making Scotch Bonnet jam as a hobby. Initially created to add some much loved spice to his weekly (or maybe daily…) cheeseboard, he discovered it went with pretty much everything. And so did his friends and family.

Arch’s Hot Jam gets its unique flavour from Scotch Bonnets - a deliciously sweet and spicy chilli from the Caribbean (though thought to originate from South America). Unlike mass produced jams and chutneys, smaller batches mean shorter cooking times, which mean the fresh veg retain a lot of flavour.
